These therapies are used to help individuals address root causes to facilitate changes. In my years of experience, I have worked with children, teens, adults, families and couples. My practice is designed to empower, identify strengths and promote a positive sense of well-being. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive and compassionate environment to promote changes and growth.
With over a decade of experience helping individuals, families, and couples find their way toward healing and growth. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. My Approach

Every individual and family faces unique challenges, and my goal as a counselor is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. I integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your specific needs, including:
  • Individual Therapy: Sometimes, we all need someone to talk with—someone unbiased who can help untangle the negative thoughts that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. My approach focuses on fostering positive self-thoughts and emotional resilience.
  • Family Counseling: Families encounter hurdles that can either strengthen or strain relationships. I work with families to develop healthy communication tools, build stronger connections, and face challenges together in a constructive way.
  • Mindfulness Practices: Through mindfulness techniques, I help clients develop an awareness of their present experiences without judgment. These tools can greatly enhance coping strategies for a variety of situations.
  • Relationship Counseling: Struggles within relationships can affect our emotional health, work, and overall productivity. I aim to help couples strengthen emotional connections, improve communication, and resolve conflict in a healthy way.
  • Stress and Trauma Support: Whether it’s stress, trauma, or emotional pain affecting your work or personal life, I bring experience in Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to help you manage difficult thoughts and emotions and move toward healing.
