Individual Therapy
There are moments in life when we need someone to talk with that is unbiased and without an agenda. It is not uncommon to struggle with positive self thoughts about ourselves. These negative thoughts can then impact how we view others and situations around us.
Family Counseling
Families go through many challenges. It is through these challenges that can strengthen family bonds or can create more problems. My goal is to help families learn tools to work out their problems in a healthy manner to strength family relationships.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness helps create awareness of our experiences in the current moment in a non-judgmental manner. Mindfulness utilizes techniques that help better manage thoughts and coping in many different situations.
Stress and Trauma
Stress and trauma can impact many areas of our life such as work, relationships, family life and coping. I have training and experiences that utilizes Trauma-Based Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to help manage traumatic thoughts and emotions that can impact daily living.
Relationship Counseling
When our relationships are not encouraging and supportive this can impact our emotional well-being and productivity. My goal is to help improve the quality of relationships by improving how we connect to others, our communication with others and resolving conflicts in a healthy manner.
